- Be available during pickup and delivery windows

Filing a Claim
To file a claim for loss or damage with Ad united relocation, submit a written description of the issue along with your booking number to [email protected] or call 3142811721. Claims must be filed within 9 months of delivery for interstate moves.Ad united relocation will acknowledge your claim within 30 days and resolve it within 120 days.
